Each build starts with a consultation to review and discuss what it is you would like to do and the space you have available. It is important for us to connect with our clients and figure out the logistics of the project as soon as possible so they run smoothly.

Our team then work with you to plan the construction of one of our high-quality garden rooms. We consider the space and grounds to ensure the garden room will be practical, safe and correctly located to utilise your garden space. This is also a chance for you to explore the wide range of lighting options, door and window styles, cladding choices, and flooring types to complete your personalised garden room.

Once we have confirmed the design, our team go ahead with planning and ordering the best sourced materials and resources to build with. We work to a 2-3 week lead time, meaning our order accuracy and efficiency is vital to ensuring we complete each project within this time frame.

Working closely with our clients, we then devise a payment schedule that works for you. You are also welcome to pay through a variety of scheduled instalments, providing you with more financial flexibility.

Our construction team then work carefully and collectively to start your build, ensuring the base and walls of the garden room are finished to the highest standard, ready for the stylistic details to be installed.

The build on your garden room then continues, adding the electrical and aesthetic details to your specification. Our team work exceptionally hard to get all projects completed on time however sometimes, due to unforeseen factors (delay in delivery, bad weather, unexpected ground problems…) the completion date may change. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and arranged a new, more accurate completion date.

On the last day we will give you the keys to your beautifully made new garden room. Our team are on-hand to explain and talk through the details of the structure and answer any questions you may have.

As part of our aftercare plan, we are available to call or email if you have any issues or queries you would like to discuss with our team regarding your garden studio. It is important to us that our service is supportive throughout the build and afterwards to give your project the care and attention to detail we provide to all our clients.
