Ross and Renata approached us in 2022 wanting us to build a large bespoke garden room for Renata’s new start-up business and an additional meeting and workplace for Ross’s elite creative agency. With these two separate businesses in mind, Ross, Renata and our team began planning a layout that would work for them both.

Ross wanted his part of the garden room to be an extension of his creative agency studio in Brighton, so required a spacious and bright meeting room to bring clients to, as well as several electrical outlets to give him and his employees the flexibility to work in the space too.

Renata’s permanent makeup business required an elegantly lit procedure room with all-day natural lighting, uniquely placed electrical outlets for her equipment and an adjacent WC with full plumbing. It was also important that the space was welcoming, private and easily accessible for the range of clients that would be visiting the studio.

They also wanted a patio path from the house and across the front of the garden room as well as indoor storage space attached to the garden room storage which they needed to be separate from the business entrance.

Our team began work on this build and completed it within our impressive lead time of 3 weeks. Ross and Renata are extremely happy with the results and use the garden room everyday.
